We want to encourage all children from birth to kindergarten to sign up for our 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten program! To sign up, just come to the library and get a starter kit, which includes a free book, and start tracking your child's reading! Every 100 books read will earn a sticker and another book, and once your child reads 1,000 books, we will put a book in the collection in their honor!

Young children and their families are welcomed to join us every Wednesday at 10:00am for Story Hour. Each week, we will listen to a few stories be read, and then do a fun craft that your child can take home! No registration is required. We would love to see some new faces! 

Kids and teens (age 6 and up) are welcomed to join us for Lego Club at the library! We meet once a month on a Wednesday after school lets out. Keep an eye on our upcoming events page or our Facebook page for meeting dates!

Teens aged 12-18 are encouraged to sign up for our Teen Subscription Box program! The teen fills out a survey (click here or get a paper copy from the library) that helps us pick out some books, snacks, and other goodies to go in a box for the teen to take home! Books and boxes must be returned, but everything else is the teen's to keep. Call the library at 814-887-9262 or message us on Facebook for more info.
