Mike Familant: Bigfoot Experience
Wednesday, June 4th
​6:00pm

On Wednesday, June 4th at 6:00pm, Mike Familant, Bigfoot researcher and investigator, is coming to the library! He will be giving a fun and interactive presentation suitable for all ages from kids through adults, and will answer your questions as well. Come on down on June 4th and satisfy your Bigfoot curiosity!

Summer Reading Program
June 11th-July 30th
Wednesdays at 10am

Every Wednesday, from June 11th to July 30th, we will be having Summer Reading Program at the library at 10am. We will have a variety of activities, mostly related to the 2025 theme, "Color Our World!" This program is for ages Pre-K and up- older kids are welcome as well. We hope you'll join us!
Keep an eye our for more details of the activities we will be having each week, as we will be having outside groups and individuals come in to hold the day's activities occasionally as well!

Lego Club
Wednesday, June 18th
3:30-4:30pm

Join us for another Lego Club meeting at the library on Wednesday, June 18th from 3:30-4:30pm! Ages 6 and up (and parents) are welcome to join us to get creative and have fun with Legos. No registration is required- call the library at 814-887-9262 with any questions.

Duck Race
Sunday, July 20th, 2025
2:30pm

Our 2025 Duck Race will be held on Sunday, June 20th. Ducks will be launched at 2:30pm, and we will have an ice cream social at 3:00pm while enjoying the music of the Twin Tiers Community Band! This is a FREE event. We hope you'll join us for some fun, ice cream, and music!
Duck tickets can be purchased for $10 each. The prizes will be $300 for the 1st place duck, $200 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place. These tickets are to enter to win only- there is no cost just to attend this event. Contact the library at 814-887-9262 with any questions, and stop by the library to purchase a ticket!

Story Hour
Every Wednesday
10:00am

Join us every Wednesday at 10:00am for story hour at the library! We'll listen to some stories, do a fun craft to take home, and then the little ones can play in the play area! No registration is required, and all ages are welcome to join us. We love having lots of little ones for story hour, so we hope you'll join us! Call the library at 814-887-9262 with any questions.

Knit & Crochet Group
Every Tuesday
7:00pm

Knitters and crocheters are welcome to join us for our knit and crochet group on Tuesdays at 7pm at the library. This is an informal group- just come down to the library and enjoy the company of fellow crafters while working on your own projects!

Library Board Meetings
The 2nd Tuesday of every month
6:30pm

Our library board meetings are held at the library the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm and are open to the public. We would love to have more members of our community get involved in the library, so stop in and see what we're all about!
