Summer Reading Program
June 11th-July 30th
Wednesdays at 10am
Every Wednesday, from June 11th to July 30th, we will be having Summer Reading Program at the library at 10am. We will have a variety of activities, mostly related to the 2025 theme, "Color Our World!" This program is for ages Pre-K and up- older kids are welcome as well. We hope you'll join us!

Lego Club
Wednesday, June 18th
3:30-4:30pm
Join us for another Lego Club meeting at the library on Wednesday, June 18th from 3:30-4:30pm! Ages 6 and up (and parents) are welcome to join us to get creative and have fun with Legos. No registration is required- call the library at 814-887-9262 with any questions.

Footstomp Lunch
Friday, June 20th
11:30am-1pm
On Friday, June 20th, we will be having a Footstomp Lunch at the library! From 11:30-1 we will be serving hot dogs, chips, cookies, and water. The cost of the whole meal will be $5, and we will also be selling individual hot dogs for $2. No need to call ahead and order! We hope you'll stop down to grab an easy lunch and support the library! 

Book Sale
Friday, June 20th, 12-5pm
Saturday, June 21st, 9am-3pm
We are having a book sale at the library during garage sale weekend! Stop by anytime we're open on Friday, June 20th (12-5pm) and Saturday, June 21st (9am-3pm) to see what we have for sale. This is by donation, so you pay what you think is fair!

Movie Night
Thursday, June 26th
7:00pm
Join us for a family-friendly movie night on Thursday, June 26th at 7:00pm! We will be showing The Canterville Ghost, in which an American family moves to a mansion in England that has been haunted for 300 years by a ghost who has scared all the previous owners away! We will have freshly popped popcorn from our popcorn machine! Feel free to bring your own snacks, drinks, and chairs as well if you'd like.

Duck Race
Sunday, July 20th, 2025
2:30pm
Our 2025 Duck Race will be held on Sunday, June 20th. Ducks will be launched at 2:30pm, and we will have an ice cream social at 3:00pm while enjoying the music of the Twin Tiers Community Band! This is a FREE event. We hope you'll join us for some fun, ice cream, and music!
Duck tickets can be purchased for $10 each. The prizes will be $300 for the 1st place duck, $200 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place. These tickets are to enter to win only- there is no cost just to attend this event. Contact the library at 814-887-9262 with any questions, and stop by the library to purchase a ticket!

Knit & Crochet Group
Every Tuesday
7:00pm
Knitters and crocheters are welcome to join us for our knit and crochet group on Tuesdays at 7pm at the library. This is an informal group- just come down to the library and enjoy the company of fellow crafters while working on your own projects!

Library Board Meetings
The 2nd Tuesday of every month
6:30pm
Our library board meetings are held at the library the second Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm and are open to the public. We would love to have more members of our community get involved in the library, so stop in and see what we're all about!
